## User Rights Documentation for NFT Sale

This document outlines the rights granted to users (purchasers) in connection with the sale and ownership of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) linked to digital assets from GLUM Ministry (the creator). The rights described herein are subject to the specific terms set forth in the NFT's smart contract, the sale listing, and any additional agreements provided by the creator or platform.

**1. Ownership of the NFT**

- Purchasing an NFT grants the user ownership of the unique token recorded on the blockchain. This ownership is distinct from ownership of the underlying digital asset (e.g., artwork, music, video) to which the NFT is linked.

**2. Intellectual Property Rights**

- Unless explicitly stated, purchasing an NFT does not transfer copyright or full intellectual property rights in the underlying asset to the buyer.
- The creator may grant a license to use, display, or otherwise interact with the digital asset. The scope of this license must be clearly defined in writing, either in the smart contract, sales listing, or accompanying documentation.

**5. Restrictions and Prohibitions**

- Unless otherwise specified, token purchasers may not:
  - Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the digital asset for commercial purposes.
  - Create derivative works or adaptations of the asset.
  - Use the asset in a manner that infringes the creator’s intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

**6. Infringement and Enforcement**

- Any use of the digital asset beyond the rights granted constitutes an infringement of the creator’s intellectual property rights.
- The creator or platform may reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use or infringement.

**7. Notice to Purchasers**

- All purchasers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rights and restrictions associated with each NFT before purchase.
- Rights granted may vary between NFTs and are determined by the creator’s license terms and the platform’s terms of service.
